Mosquitoes vary in their size; they can reach 1.6 – 12.5mm (.5 inch)
Adult mosquitoes are slender, small long-legged files with narrow, hairy wins and extended mouthparts. Their body and wings are covered with microscopic scales.
Common places to find bug
Larvae and pupae live in water, usually still water. Adults hide in vegetation near water or in cool, damp places. Mosquitoes mostly fly in the evening in search of blood meals. Avoid have standing water around the outside or your home such bird baths, old tires, open containers, trash cans and trashcan lids, hallow trees, and drainage ditches.
